Private G Oxley. George Oxley is recorded on the back of the certificate
as serving with the Royal Navy between 1916 and 1920. He joined the TA in
1937, and served in France and was at Dunkirk, and in January 1941 he
transferred to the Royal Navy. He is listed as a Telegraphist who
was lost on HM Submarine Vandal on 24 Feb 1943, aged 43. He is recorded
