King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment Card and right "Souvenir From
France" 55th West Lancashire Division. The red rose and two leafy
stems being the divisional badge.
Accession Numbers: Left KO2490/919 and right KO0865/14
Embroidered silk postcard, with the badge of the 55th West Lancashire
Division. On the rear of the card is written "To my dear sons
Benny and Robert. I send you this card with the best of love.
From your loving father Benjamin Heap." Private Benjamin Heap,
number 202607 served with the 1st/5th Battalion, of the King's Own Royal
Lancaster Regiment, which was part of the 55th Division.
