King's Own Royal Regiment, Rifle Volunteers and Militia Silver Recently Transferred from the  Regiment

At the amalgamation of the King's Own Royal Border Regiment, with the King's Regiment and Queen's Lancashire Regiment a number of items of King's Own Silver items were transferred to the King's Own Museum.  July 2007 Items.

Further items have come to the museum since on rationalisation of the regimental silver of the new Duke of Lancaster's Regiment.  August 2018 Items.

 

 

Only a proportion of our collections are on display at anyone time.  Certain items are on loan for display in other institutions.  An appointment is required to consult any of our collections which are held in store.
