Armata Alitpiani Medal, 1918, to Lieutenant William Howard Green, King’s Own
This was an unofficial commemorative medal of the Battle of the Piave, 15-24 Jul 1918. It was given to Italian, French and British officers. The British 23rd (Northern) Division and 48th (South Midlands) Divisions were on the Asiago Plateau during the battle.
