I List of King's Own Officers - 1680 to 1959 Colonel G T E Keith started a definitive of all those who had served with a Commission in the 4th Regiment of Foot, the King's Own Royal Regiment. Work was started in the 1920s and 1930s and the records have been held and maintained by the King's Own Regimental Headquarters and later the King's Own Royal Regiment Museum. The lists presented here show the officer's forename, surname, date of joining the King's Own as a commissioned officer, and Keith's reference number. Information on each officer is held in files at the Regimental Museum extracts from which are made available in answer to enquiries.
