Grave of Lance Sergeant Henry Charles West, number 6008004, 6th Battalion, King’s Own Royal Regiment, died 22-26 May 1940, age 30. Son of Harry and Sophia West of Chingford, Essex, husband of Doris West of Chingford. Grave shared with Staff Sergeant C E Spencer, number 7601921, of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps. Buried in Wormhoudt Communal Cemetery.
