55th West Lancashire Division, Christmas Card, possibly 1917, but may be as late as 1918.
Accession Number: KO2950/81



Embroidered silk postcard, with the badge of the 55th West Lancashire Division.  On the rear of the card is written "To my dear sons Benny and Robert.  I send you this card with the best of love.  From your loving father Benjamin Heap."  Private Benjamin Heap, number 202607 served with the 1st/5th Battalion, of the King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment, which was part of the 55th Division.
