Airgraph letter from Lance Corporal L W Glover, to his father, Mr Albert Glover, of 25 May Bank Road, South Woodward, London, dated 28th April 1944, informing his father that he was about to deploy on operations and would be out of postal contact for some period of time.  Corporal Glover served with the Chindit Operations in 1944 with the 2nd Battalion, King's Own Royal Regiment.
