Soldiers of the Regiment Private Alfred Stockley Private Alfred Stockley, number 37061, served with the 2nd/5th Battalion of the King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment on the Western Front. It is clear that he had previously served as number 39811 with 72nd Training Reserve Battalion at Prees Heath, Manchester. He had enlisted on 10th January 1917 and was discharged due to wounds on 16th January 1919.
