“The above named NCO has been a constant source of trouble and annoyance
to all who have come into contact with him. He smokes far too heavily,
talks far too long … on the Depot HQ, is continually showered under with
‘bumff’, very seldom has a match when asked for alight by the CO, and
his ability to accompany Sergeants and Warrant Officers returning to the
UK for release round the various messes with the Depot is only excelled
by his thirst when with the said messes.
In my opinion he has no redeeming features other than his moustache.
