Soldiers of the Regiment

Warrant Officer Class 1 Albert Crossley

Albert Crossley was born in Kendal on 26 Feb 1880 and served with the King’s Own during the South African War and the Royal Army Medical Corps during the First World War. He then served in the Home Guard in the Second World War. He died on 1st January 1966.

Overseas to France and Flanders 13 Jul 1915.  British War and Allied Medal to WO1 Albert Crossley, number 30403, Royal Army Medical Corps.  Imperial Service Medal to Albert Crossley.
Awarded in the Peace Gazette of 1919. Served with the 94th Field Ambulance.
