Soldiers of the Regiment

Regimental Sergeant Major J A Farghar

Photograph Album Page One

Album of photographs complied by Lance corporal J A Farghar, number 3710436, 1st Battalion, King’s Own Royal Regiment, from Sep 1934 to Feb 1937 whilst in India.
“This album I have filled with snaps of South India. I have collected them together during by service in the King’s own. I do not wish any persons to think India a land of nothing but beauty, because of these snaps, because everybody tries to make a snap as nice as possible, but I hope you all enjoy looking through as I enjoyed filling it. Lance corporal J A Farghar.”
Not all photographs are present some have been removed or lost.
