Soldiers of the Regiment

Corporal Jonathan Wood

Corporal Jonathan Wood enlisted into the King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment on 10th March 1916 and was discharged due to wounds on 10th October 1918.  Corporal Wood was entitled to both the British War and Allied Victory Medals.

 
British War Medal to Corporal Jonathan Wood, number 241121, 2nd/5th Battalion, King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment.  The medal has the wrong ribbon, that of the Allied Victory Medal.  The location of Corporal Wood's Victory Medal is unknown.
