Compasses

Compass and case of Major Claude E Foster

Claude E Foster was commissioned into the King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment in 1902.  He was at Gallipoli with the 6th Battalion in 1915.  Later promoted to Lieutenant Colonel he was attached to the King's African Rifles.
