Private Arthur Dixon, number 32157, 1st Battalion, King’s Own Royal Lancaster Regiment, formerly number 24571, Border Regiment. Killed in action on 3rd May 1917 and commemorated on the Arras Memorial. Son of John and Sarah Dixon, of Hyde Park, Penrith.
