Mrs Owtram's Letters from soldiers and their relatives, First World War.

Letter to Mrs Owtram from Mrs Ellen Woodhouse concerning her son, James Woodhouse.
17 Euston Grove, Morecambe, 29 Jul 1916
Dear Mrs Owtram,
In reply to your letter, sorry to say that we cannot say anything in regards to your Son as James has never said anything whatever, and we have not heard anything from him for a fortnight. We are very anxious over him as we have never missed having a letter from him every week, and Post Card also. We hope that your Son is still on the way to recovery.
Yours respectfully
Ellen Woodhouse.
