Plan of Barracks and Accommodation at Secunderabad, India, 1843

This interesting plan in the museum's collection details the battalion's accommodation, including barracks, regimental garden, burial ground, churches, schools, public well, hospital, regimental parcherry (married quarters), and solitary cells.

The King's Own Royal Regiment was based at Secunderabad from 1843 to 1845.
