Collections - Portraits Lieutenant Colonel Christopher Lefroy Hodgson, King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment, 1901-1927. Born 7th April 1879. 2nd Lieutenant 4th May 1901. Lieutenant 1904. Captain 1911. Joined 1st Battalion on Aisne, 17th September 1914. Wounded 2nd May 1915. Major 4th May 1916. Second in Command Officers Cadet Unit 21st January 1918. Retired 14th October 1922. Military Knight of Windsor. Father of 2nd Lieutenant Christopher George Hodgson.
