Negative: 9th Battalion, King’s Own Royal Lancaster Regiment.  British Aeroplane. Identified as an Armstrong Whitworth FK3.  This aircraft, 6221, was one of at least three FK3's used operationally (others were 6213 and 6226) by 47 Squadron Royal Flying Corps which served in Salonika from 1916 to 1918.
